The Isabella Santos Charity Run 5K is held in Ballantyne Corporate Park the last Saturday in September. The foundation gives money to charities such as Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Ronald McDonald House.

The American Heart Association promotes physical activity and heart-healthy living by kicking off National Start Walking Day in Ballantyne. The event includes healthy vendors, give-aways and a short walk around the park to encourage everyone to get out and get healthy!

The Ballantyne community comes together every July to collect school supplies for Classroom Central. Different challenges in the park are promoted each year to encourage participation. Classroom Central is a free store for teachers that support almost 100,000 students that live in poverty throughout Charlotte.

Convenient Blood Drives are held quarterly in the Bissell Training Room. Registration information for upcoming drives will be available a month prior to each drive on

Celebrate Earth Day with Ballantyne Corporate Park at the Brixham Tent — ‘green’ give-aways, free recycling pick-up and lots of great information.

Ballantyne Corporate Park facilitates a park-wide food collection for Second Harvest Food Bank every April. Donation barrels are placed in building lobbies and the results continue to grow each year. Ballantyne Corporate Park’s holds one charitable drive each winter season. In previous years, collections for Jacob’s Ladder and Toys for Tots have been extremely successful. Toys for Tweens has been the latest focus, providing toys for children often overlooked, ages 10-14 years old (or Tweens).
